As I notice where my energy is spent week by week I have noticed that I spend a lot of time delving into the astrological energy and messages coming through. These are times of inner reflection and mini meditations for me, allowing me to observe and explore where my feelings and thoughts are heading in a directed way thats aligned with the current energy of the stars.
Some of the theme’s of this upcoming Full Moon on 19th July that have hit the mark for me are:
- Really getting my butt into gear to kick goals, now that Mars is inching forward get ready for action
- Continued healing and self-care remain a top priority
- Reaffirming my goals (short and long term) so that I can ride the rollercoaster of emotion without losing sight of the goals I am journeying towards
- The little breaks I take are ok and important in order to rest and nurture so that I remain observant to the signs popping up to guide me to the end goal
- Checking in regularly to identify and release any contrary beliefs that my goal can be attained
- This is the time to make adjustments to strategy or plans before launching into action as Mars comes out of the shadow phase and moves unhindered forward
- Keeping an eye on the bigger picture of the work I am embarking on
- Be inventive, be different, try something new and let the fear of failure fall away
- Align values with thoughts and actions or vice versa where needed
- Eliminating distractions
- Owning the innate power and awesomeness of ourselves!
